Each room has its own private Wi-Fi network, available exclusively for the guests staying in that room. Please scan the QR code on the Room Guide (an A4-sized laminated sheet usually placed on the desk) to connect.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The breakfast lounge is located on the 1st floor, to the left of the main entrance as you exit. Please note: the lounge tends to be busy between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, so we recommend enjoying breakfast before 9:00 AM if possible.
For guests staying multiple nights, we provide daily towel replacement and trash removal. If you would like full room cleaning and bed linens changed, please request this specifically via WhatsApp or phone.
The air conditioner is controlled using the integrated remote, which also operates the TV. To adjust the temperature, use the temperature control buttons on the remote. Please note that only cooling is available. If you would like to warm up the room, kindly contact us and we’ll assist you.
Our self-service laundry room is located on the rooftop. Take the elevator to the 7th floor, then use the stairs to access the rooftop. The laundry room will be on your right side. Detergent and fabric softener are automatically provided, so there’s no need to bring or buy your own.
We offer free luggage storage on your check-in and check-out days.
Please feel free to visit the front desk if you arrive early and wish to store your luggage before check-in, or if you’d like to leave your bags for a few hours after check-out while sightseeing.
For multi-day storage after check-out, we recommend using the BOUNCE Service, conveniently available at the hotel. Your belongings will be securely stored with full insurance coverage.
